These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of whatelselabs.com (the “Site”), operated by What Else Labs (“we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
01 The Site
The Site provides information about our cyber security consulting services and our Blueprint platform. Content is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer. Consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between us and each client; if those agreed terms differ from these Terms, the engagement agreement prevails.
02 Intellectual property
The content of the Site — text, design, logos, and the “Blueprint” name and materials — belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and quote the Site for personal or internal business reference with attribution, but you may not reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit the content without our permission.
03 Prohibited conduct
- Interfering with the operation or security of the Site.
- Unauthorised access, scraping at scale, or probing of the Site or related infrastructure.
- Using the Site in violation of laws or public order and morals.
- Impersonating us or misrepresenting an affiliation with us.
04 No warranty
We take care to keep the Site accurate and available, but we make no warranty — express or implied — that the Site is error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Information on the Site may be changed or removed without notice.
05 Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under Japanese law, including liability arising from our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

The Site may link to external sites. We are not responsible for their content or handling of personal information.
07 Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms where reasonable, in accordance with Article 548-4 of the Civil Code of Japan (standard terms of contract). The amended Terms take effect when published on this page with an updated date.
08 Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction, in the first instance, of the district court having jurisdiction over the location of our principal place of business in Japan.
